Alexa Gansera is a partner and managing director of Tailored Communication, alongside agency founder Melissa Taylor. Tailored is a Berlin-based, female-led international communications and management agency that represents an impressive global roster of artists including Avalon Emerson, Anastasia Kristensen, Chloé, DJ Sprinkles, Deena Abdelwahed, Dr. Rubenstein, Nina Kravitz and many more. Alexa joined the agency ten years ago as an intern, after studies in political science and sociology, and a few years garden in Berlin’s botanical garden. Her career story is proof of how diligence and self-learning can lead to great things in the music industry.
