Portrait XO is a music artist and Creative Director with synaesthesia between taste and sound.

She is a founding member of The IASAS (International Association of Syaesthetes, Artists, and Scientists) co-founder of regular electronic music night in L.A. SAMPLEnHOLD. She loves combining art, music, science, and technology for pushing boundaries of creativity and social good.

From Europe to Los Angeles, she’s performed all around the world and has won awards for her music video ‘Tremble’, and 2 recent prizes: Grand Prize for Top AR and AR/VR for Good at USC’s #CreatingReality hackathon.  Her music has been praised and compared to Laurie Anderson, Sade, Sia, and Radiohead. She longs to stay in the game as an independent artist as long as she can. Aside from collaborating with other artists as a singer, songwriter, and a producer, she is also an installation artist often collaborating with innovative new music tech brands like ROLI and Novalia. Just recently, she’s started to consult artists on artist development and creative direction for technical live shows and overall artistic branding. She believes each artist has all the unique creativity he/she needs within themselves to be the best version of who they wish to be. Her biggest joy is bringing out the best in everyone she works with and co-creating with others to bring big ideas to life.
